I like this recipe a lot. I think with a little roasted garlic mixed into the mayo could definitely bring this to the next level.

Strip Beef / Italian Roast Tomatoes / Basil / Mayo / Salt / Pepper / Bread

OVEN on 200C

PREPARE tomatoes and roast in oven

SEASON beef with salt and pepper five mins before tomatoes are ready

DASH a touch of oil into a warm frying pan

SIZZLE beef for two minutes each side

REMOVE from pan

SLICE beef strips into bitesize lengths

SPREAD a little mayo on bread

THROW on beef strips

TOP with tomatoes fresh from the oven and fresh basil

With so much to use now like Google+, Facebook, and Twitter, where basically content can be one-offs, it’s hard for me to think of a story line or theme for a Tumblr. Maybe that should be my theme - my ADD approach to Internet content posting.
